Golden Week XP Party Missions
Golden Week XP Party missions will drop large injections of XP into the tank you complete the mission on (Win 8 battles while Top-10 by EXP). Bear in mind the missions are tier-dependant, (i.e. you can't get 7 wins at Tier VIII and then complete the mission in a Tier V vehicle).
This is a great way to skip through a stock grind, and minimise the number of games where you're forced to play a tank at it's sub-optimal configuration.
Here's how:
Say you're grinding through a stock Churchill VII (Tier VI British Heavy), but you have a good crew and winrate in the SU-122-44 (Tier VII Soviet TD). You'll have a better chance of picking up your first 7 wins more quickly in the SU-122-44, at which point you can then move onto the Churchill VII to try for your 8th win. That 8th win will yield you an extra 16,888EXP which could go towards a much-needed module upgrade.
Just be sure to monitor your mission progress so you don't end up needlessly converting that XP into that 6th Crew Skill on your favourite clubber-tank 😉
Discounted Elite XP Conversion
Elite XP starts to accrue on vehicles that have "Accelerated Crew Training" available, but you've consciously or unconsciously not checked that box. The option is available on Premium Vehicles, Tier X vehicles and other tech-tree vehicles that have had all modules and subsequent tanks researched. There is no practical application to Elite XP, other than to use gold to convert it to Free XP.
For those that like to pay to skip the grind, the Elite XP to Free XP Conversion ratio is boosted by 60% during the March Equinox event, yielding 1G:40FXP instead of the usual 1G:25FXP
Pay-to-Skip players should take particular note of the XP Fever category for Tier X vehicles, which will yield 26,888XP. Just uncheck your "Accelerate Crew Training" button before your 8th Tier X win and enjoy 26,888XP to convert at the discounted rate!
Equipment and Consumable Sales
I don't think I need to tell you how infrequently equipment sales come around, so get in on this while you can! Even if you have plenty of equipment and consumables this is a great way to manage your credits, since you will lose no net credits if you sell unused consumables outside of the sale period.
This is a great way to pull credits from "nowhere" if you find yourself running short when there's an urgent need to make a particular ingame purchase. With resale of equipment and consumables normally at 50% of purchase price, buying at a 50% discount means there's no wastage if you decide to sell equipment/consumables at a later date (outside of the sale period!)
