In case you haven't heard, there will be a Blueprint Fragment Exchange from March 12th-22nd starting and finishing at: 2pm AWST & HKT / 4pm AEST / 5pm AEDT / 7pm NZT
Accumulated blueprint fragments can be exchanged for: - Crew members with 100% Basic Qualification - Crew members with 100% Basic Qualification & BiA - Crew Books - Premium Account (up to 12 days) - 2D & 3D Styles
To access the Blueprint Exchange:
1) Open your World of Tanks Game Client to the Garage
2) Click on "Store" in the bar below your "Battle" button
3) Click on "Best" on the bar at the left hand side of the screen

I am super-excited about this, because blueprints are an area of tech tree progression in which I haven't wanted to invest too much attention. For me, it has always seemed counter-intuitive to race through that final grind after unlocking all modules and outfitting the tank so it can be played at its best. (Granted some tanks you truly wish their best could be alot better though). Accordingly I'm currently sitting on over 2000 universal fragments and 1400 national fragrments, and stoked to put them to use! Styles - 2D Styles - 30-70 Universal - Unlimited - 3D Style for Prog 46 - 50 Italy - 1/Account - 3D Style for IS-3 - 50 USSR - 1/Account If you're unsure about where to direct your blueprints, Crew Books are the safest bet, as are crew members for any new tech tree tanks that you happen to acquire during the Blueprint Exchange event. Crew Books remained relatively unchanged in the Crew 2.0 Sandbox, thus their utilty is likely to be preserved well into the future even if you don't apply them to a crew straight away.
